1. About these Terms
These Terms apply to the TuttoPrep website and its available learning tools, resources and account features. “TuttoPrep”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this service. You can contact us at legal@tuttoprep.com.
Read these Terms before creating an account or using account features. Where the law requires acceptance or guardian authorisation, that requirement must be met before the relevant use. Visiting a public page alone does not signify agreement.
Access is currently free. Creating an account or requesting access does not authorise a charge or start a paid subscription. Access requests do not guarantee admission or access to every feature. Any future paid service would require separate pricing and purchase information before you choose to buy it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Independent account use is intended for people aged 16 or older who can lawfully enter the agreement. Local requirements for parental permission or an adult contracting party still apply, including to people aged 16 or 17. If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must contact us before you register or submit personal information. Do not proceed until any required authorisation and verification have been completed.
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure and tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Do not sell or share your account, except for permitted assistance by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your own misuse as provided by law; you are not automatically responsible for every action through a compromised account.
3. Educational resources
TuttoPrep provides educational resources such as practice questions, explanations, guides, drills and progress information. Features and access limits depend on what is currently available to your account. Resources can contain errors or become outdated, so check important information against official sources.
Practice scores are not official exam results. We do not guarantee a particular score, university admission, scholarship or visa. General educational information is not individual legal, immigration, financial or medical advice.
TuttoPrep is independent of examination bodies, universities and governments. References to SAT, College Board, CEnT-S or CISIA do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
4. Personal use and content protection
You may use the materials available to you for your personal learning under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission while your access continues. A parent or guardian may assist the permitted learner. Rights in the service and its materials remain with their respective owners.
Unless authorised or legally entitled, do not resell or redistribute protected materials, copy substantial question collections, remove ownership notices or use restricted content to train AI models.
Unless authorised or legally entitled, do not submit protected TuttoPrep content to AI tools or services, including chatbots, AI browsers, vision tools and optical character recognition (OCR) tools, whether or not the content is used for model training. Do not bypass or tamper with watermarks, copy protection or other access and content controls.
Do not access another person's data, evade usage limits through extra accounts, introduce malware, disrupt the service, harass others or use the service for examination cheating. Automated access must not circumvent controls or materially burden the service.
These restrictions preserve lawful quotation, accessibility tools and other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Report security concerns privately without accessing others' data or causing disruption.
5. Your submissions and feedback
You keep your rights in information and material you submit. Submit only material you are entitled to provide. You allow us and necessary service providers to process it to operate the requested features, save progress, maintain security, respond to you and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
This permission does not authorise selling your material, publishing private submissions, using them in advertising or training general-purpose AI models. Feedback is optional; we may use non-confidential suggestions to improve the service without promising payment or taking ownership of your protected work.
6. Availability, restrictions and account closure
We may update features, correct errors, change access limits or interrupt access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We will provide notice and remedies where required by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and this does not remove any legally required standard of care.
We may proportionately restrict or suspend access for credible security risks, fraud, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow it to be corrected; urgent risks may require immediate action. Contact us to request review of a restriction. A lawful complaint or exercise of your rights is not itself grounds for a restriction.
You may stop using TuttoPrep at any time. You can delete your account through the account-deletion page or contact us for assistance. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. If we discontinue the service, we will provide any legally required notice and opportunity to retrieve your information.
7. Responsibility and applicable law
We remain responsible for losses recoverable under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, negligently caused death or personal injury, or any liability or consumer or privacy right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law and competent courts or consumer bodies are determined by the legal rules that apply to you and the service. These Terms do not impose compulsory private arbitration, an exclusive foreign court or a waiver of collective-action rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
8. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how to exercise your rights. Accepting these Terms does not provide blanket consent to marketing or optional data processing.
We may update these Terms and will show the revised date above. Material changes require appropriate notice and fresh agreement where required by law; posting an update does not replace required acceptance or change past obligations retrospectively.
